SGX Stock Tips : Olam to issue US$500 mil of perpetual capital securities .

SINGAPORE (July 14): Olam International is to issue US$500 million ($674 million) of never-ending capital securities under its US$5 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Program. 

As indicated by Olam's CFO, Neelamani Muthukumar, the arrangement speaks to the "biggest ever US$ unending offering by a Singapore-based backer". 

In a Wednesday explanation, Olam includes that the exchange is in accordance with the gathering's procedure of "effectively dealing with its capital structure in a financially savvy way".
