SINGAPORE (July 13): Frasers Centrepoint Limited arrangements to issue US$200 million ($269 million) in settled rate notes through its completely possessed backup FCL Treasury.
The net continues will be utilized for general corporate purposes. This incorporates renegotiating existing getting, financing ventures and for general working capital needs.
The notes will be the seventh arrangement issued under FCL's multicurrency obligation issuance program.
The loan fee for the notes is settled at 2.5% for every annum payable semi-yearly in arrear.
