SINGAPORE (Sept 19): Global Yellow Pages (GYP), the index, F&B and property firm, on Sunday went into a private position consent to offer around 34.08 million new shares at 15.4 pennies to two speculators for an aggregate of $5.25 million.
The two private financial specialists are Thomas Riber Knudsen, CEO of logistics supplier Damco Asia, and Yong Yin Min, a non-official executive at vessels administrator Pacific Radiance. Every will be issued 17.04 million shares or half of the aggregate arrangement offers.
