Share Market Tips : Frasers Centrepoint Trust still on point despite 4Q DPU drop .

CIMB is keeping its "include" rating Frasers Centrepoint Trust with a higher target cost of $2.28, from $2.25 beforehand, notwithstanding a 1.5% dunk in FCT's 4Q dissemination for each unit (DPU). 

 Net income for 4Q16 was $44.6 million, down 6% contrasted with similar period a year ago.
